WHY IT WORKS

The lymphatic system — unlike the cardiovascular system — has no pump. It relies entirely on muscle contraction and movement to circulate. THE PRACTICE

HOW TO START

The Zeavva Movement protocol is not a workout program. It is a recovery and activation system. Five minutes of lymphatic activation after cold immersion (jumping, rebounding, or dynamic stretching). Ten minutes of red light therapy on targeted areas. Grounding outdoors for 20–30 minutes when possible. One dedicated mobility session per week.
